About me
Hi, I’m Steve Morse, a professional LGV trainer with many years of experience helping people learn the skills they need to succeed on the road. I’ve recently started my own training business, but I bring with me a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in driver training.
My approach is simple: clear, supportive, and tailored to you. I pride myself on providing one-to-one guidance that makes learning both effective and enjoyable. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take the next step in your driving career, I’m here to give you the knowledge and confidence to pass and drive safely.

Timeline of my career
With over 40 years in the industry, I’ve built my career around helping people become confident, skilled drivers. I first qualified as a DSA Registered ADI in 1999, working as a driving instructor for six years before deciding to expand my knowledge and move into LGV training.
In 2005, I joined ATLAS LGV, first at The Farm on Broomhouse Lane in Edlington and later at Carr Hill, Balby. After three years, I took on a new challenge with Scania GB, where I spent nearly a decade training drivers on LGV C+E, CAT C, CPC Training and much more. During this time, I became well known for my high-quality training and excellent pass rates, working in Spain and Sweden.
I later returned to ATLAS LGV until their LGV training sector closed, before moving on to BCA (British Car Auctions), where I worked as their Driving Instructor at the academy for three years.
Now, I’ve taken the step to open Steve Morse LGV Training — my own business dedicated to delivering professional, one-to-one training that draws on all my experience to help learners succeed. My goal is simple: to provide clear, supportive, and effective training that gets you on the road with confidence.
